Structural features
1. The iron core is made of high-quality low-loss cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, the iron core column is
divided into even small sections by multiple air gaps, the air gap is separated by epoxy laminated glass
cloth board, and the air gap and between the discus and the iron yoke are high-temperature resistant and
high-strength Adhesive bonding to ensure that the reactance air gap does not change during operation,
while effectively reducing the vibration between the iron core cakes, thereby reducing noise.
2. The coil adopts F/H class insulation system, which has good insulation performance and temperature
resistance.
3. The reactor adopts the overall vacuum pressure dipping process. After high temperature thermal curing,
the product has high overall mechanical strength and good moisture resistance; the product greatly reduces
noise and vibration during operation, and effectively improves the reliability of the product in long-term
operation.
